Refund policy

All of our products are made to order, ensuring each item is custom-crafted just for you. Because of this personalized production process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details to initiate a replacement.


To start a replacement, you can contact us at hello@airlesssports.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2715 Church Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93306 

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
